Cindy Dylis Wilson Earns Masters in Special Education

Omega alum and Clarkson University graduate Cindy Dylis Wilson earned her Masters in Childhood and Special Education from St. John Fisher College in May of 2014. She was also awarded the St. John Fisher College Outstanding Childhood Education Student Teacher Award.

Omega's Mel Bannon Sorority Woman of the Year

The 2014 Sorority Woman of the Year honor was awarded to Omega Delta Phi senior Melissa Bannon.

Mel has served as Omega's House President and Pledge Mistress as well as the Vice President of the All Greek Council. She was awarded the Greek of the Week honors in November of 2013 and was inducted into the Greek Honor Society Order of Omega in the spring of 2014.

Omega Actives Inducted Into Greek Honor Society

Omega Delta Phi actives Elizabeth Beardslee, Melissa Bannon, Annalise Adolphus and Rachel Vincent were inducted into the Greek Honor Society Order of Omega in the spring of 2014.

Order of Omega is a leadership honor society for members of Fraternity & Sorority organizations. Order of Omega recognizes juniors and seniors who have exemplified high standards in the areas of scholarship, leadership, involvement within their respective organization and within the Fraternity/Sorority, campus, and local community. Members are selected from the top 3% of students at each institution.

Omega Actives and Alumni Raise $3,052.19 For SUNY Potsdam Relay For LIfe

Ruby Red Slippers made up of both Omega Actives and Alumni participated in SUNY Potsdam's Relay For Life held April 4-5, 2014. Their fundraising efforts were #1 for sororities, #2 for college groups and #3 overall! Click on the small images below to view larger images.

SUNY Potsdam’s All-Greek Council donates $2,300 to Potsdam Holiday Fund from dance-a-thon

SUNY Potsdam’s All-Greek Council recently presented a $2,300 check to the Potsdam Holiday Fund from their dance-a-thon held on campus in November, with more than 200 students dancing from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. to raise money for the charity.

Mel Bannon Named Greek of the Week

Omega Delta Phi active Mel Bannon was voted as the Greek of the Week for the week of November 11, 2013.

Mel is a senior and currently serves as the House President of Omega and Vice President of the All Greek Council at SUNY Potsdam.

Taylor Faiella Named Greek of the Week, Awarded Scholarship

Omega Delta Phi active Taylor Faiella was voted as the Greek of the Week for the week of October 21, 2013.

Taylor is a junior studying Nutrition at SUNY Potsdam and currently serves as President of the Order of Omega. She was awarded the Courtney McLamb Memorial Scholarship for her dedication to the field of Community Health.
